Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is perfect for budget travellers. It is near a tram station and pretty close to everything. the staff is welcoming and gives great travel advice. the rooms have all the necessary facilities like a fridge, stove, kettle, and air conditioning. the comfortable beds and impeccable lighting add to the overall experience.
Some rooms do not have a lift, which may be a challenge for individuals with mobility issues.

The staff at Appart'Hotel Estelle in Marseille were very friendly and welcoming. They were always ready to assist us during our stay. The location of the hotel was excellent, making it easy for us to explore the city. We enjoyed the convenience of having a kitchenette in our room, allowing us to cook our own meals. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located just a short 10-minute walk from the Estrangin - Prefecture metro stop. we absolutely loved our experience at this hotel.

The staff were fantastic, always having a smile on their faces. They even offered us complimentary tea and cake in the afternoon! the location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city within walking distance to all the main attractions. Plus, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, a must for any business trip.
The room was quite noisy, we could hear people talking and moving around in the nearby rooms. the room was quite small, not leaving much room to move around.

It is near the old port and in the heart of the city, so you are close to everything. the rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished, providing a cozy space to relax. the staff provides great customer service, giving helpful tips and ensuring a pleasant stay.
There is no elevator in the building, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the city center and allowed easy access to public transportation. The room was clean and modern with great kitchen facilities. The bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep.
The noise level was quite high, making it difficult to sleep. the air conditioner was quite noisy and woke me up during the night.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with great recommendations and making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
